Completely strip down, sandblast, repair or replace corroded panels, seal all seams, stone chip underside, prime and paint.
Reconditioned engine fitted, new clutch is fitted, gearbox and back axle are tested and any faults are rectified as necessary.
Universal joints are replaced.
New pipes, hoses pads and shoes are fitted. Other items are either replaced or reconditioned according to availability.
Carburetors are overhauled and new service kits fitted, new fuel tank, new lines, pump.
Completely stripped, sand blasted and powder coated. New springs, new front wheel bearings, all rubber bushes etc., are replaced. King pin assemblies and shock absorbers are reconditioned.
All interior trim is replaced. New hood is fitted and external chrome is replaced, where available. Leather front seat covers and head rests are fitted.
Wheels are sandblasted and stove enameled to original pattern. All 5 tyres are replaced
All electrical items are checked together with all instruments etc. New batteries are fitted.
If certain new parts become unavailable, good used parts will be used. If this happens the customer will be informed.
Every effort is made to build the vehicle as close to original specificatio as possible. However, many options are available and can be incorporated in the build. We will be happy to discuss and advise on any such option .
Finished vehicles will be M.O.T'd prior to customer collection.
